This service is to be used by Enclara associates to request updates to how their name will appear within the internal applications they use (ex: Outlook, Infinity, Avaya).
IMPORTANT: Legal name change requests that will be reflected on associates paystubs, taxes, and benefits must be submitted through Workday first and approved by HR.
